Returns options:
Are you worried what will happen if it doesn't fit or its not suitable for me and I wish to return? No worries!
Just so you know our entire products are hand embellished and so many hours have been put to complete each item. Each and every garment isn’t 100% symmetrical and may vary between each other slightly.
Due to the nature of hand embellished item(s) some beads may come loose or fall off if not handled carefully. Therefore, all hand embellished items come with spare beads attached. Loss of beads cannot be treated as faulty after wearing the dress and cannot be accepted for refund/ replacement. We are happy to send you some more beads if you need. Please just message us for more beads required.
When receiving the dress - make sure you "do not remove the tags" when trying on. By removing all the tags and using the item, you are accepting our terms and conditions and cannot return back for refund or exchange.
You can return back any item (In the interest of hygiene, hosiery and pierced jewellery cannot be returned) you’re not completely happy with for a refund, within 30 days of receiving them.
All goods will be inspected on return and must meet the following criteria:

All original tags must be attached

All items must be returned in the same condition received

All items have not been worn

All items are free of any odour

All items must be in saleable condition

Returns form filled in.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN BACK USING FEDEX AS THERE IS A $30 FIXED CUSTOMS CHARGES APPLIED BY FEDEX, WHICH IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
